By accessing or using ASC Verify's personal concierge service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
ASC Verify provides a personal concierge and virtual assistance service offered as an employee benefit. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must create an account using your employer-provided access code and employee ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during registration, you consent to receive SMS messages from ASC Verify related to your concierge requests. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us at support@ascverify.com.
We strive to maintain consistent service availability Monday through Saturday, 8am–8pm ET. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by ASC Verify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASC VERIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASC Verify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms or non-payment by your employer.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ASC Verify regarding the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
